Chef Sneha Singhi
Claro Bakehouse is led by chef-owner Sneha Singhi. Long before pastry, she trained for years in Kathak and watercolour painting, and still sings in her spare time — and it shows: the fine piping and hand-painted detailing on every cake owe as much to a dancer's precision and a painter's eye for colour as they do to technique. She went on to train formally in pastry at the Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts, Gurgaon, and spent over four years working across multiple bakeries before starting Claro. Every order — from a cake-for-two to a full wedding tier — passes through her hands personally, baked the day it's needed, never in advance.
