How to order
- Specify the date, time, and occasion (if any).
- Choose the size and flavour from our menu.
- Mention customisation details, if any — reference pictures are appreciated. No design in mind? We're happy to recommend something for the occasion.
- We'll share the order amount once the above is confirmed.
- Full payment confirms your order.
- For delivery, share the address and contact details.
Terms & conditions
- All our desserts are 100% eggless.
- Orders need at least 24 hours' notice (tiered/wedding cakes: at least a week). Last-minute orders are accepted subject to availability.
- Orders are confirmed only once full payment is received.
- We accept payments via UPI and bank transfer.
- No refunds once payment is made.
- Delivery is via third-party services; charges are billed at actual cost.
- We package every order with the utmost care, but once it's out for delivery, we're unable to take responsibility for any damage that may occur in transit.
- We deliver only within Delhi NCR.
- We strictly use cabs for cake deliveries; other items may go by bike.
- Customisations to design and flavour are charged separately.
- We are a zero-fondant studio.
- All chocolate used is Callebaut couverture (811, 823, and similar) — never compound, never flavouring.
- All fruit is fresh and seasonal — think Mahabaleshwar strawberries, Ratnagiri Alphonso mangoes — never essence, never tinned.
- Everything is made specifically for your order — nothing is pre-made or frozen in advance.
- Vegan and gluten-free customisations are available.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions like gluten-free or vegan?
We certainly do! We believe everyone deserves a slice of happiness. Along with our signature eggless bakes, we offer specialized options for vegan diets and gluten-free desserts. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary preferences when placing your order.
Where do you deliver, and can I order from abroad for a local surprise?
We deliver across Delhi, Dwarka, Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad, Janakpuri, and surrounding areas. We also make long-distance gifting stress-free! If you're ordering from overseas to surprise a loved one locally, we'll handle communication and coordinate a smooth delivery process.
Do you offer smaller cake options, like Bento cakes?
Yes! Our trendy, single-serving Bento cakes are perfect for intimate celebrations, gifts, or solo indulgence. We can customize them with your favourite designs and flavours (like our rich chocolate fudge) to make even the smallest moments feel incredibly special.
Can you handle last-minute orders?
While we prefer a heads-up to ensure perfection, we know life happens! We do our best to accommodate last-minute cake and dessert orders whenever possible. Reach out directly via WhatsApp, phone, or SMS, and we'll let you know what we can whip up.
What are your business hours?
We are open all week long! Our team is ready to serve you from Sunday through Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Whether you need a late-evening dessert craving satisfied or an early morning pickup, we've got you covered.

Orders & payment
Placing an order through this site opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message to us — it is a request to order, not a confirmed order. Orders are only confirmed once full payment is received and acknowledged by us. Payment is made via UPI directly to our account; we are not a party to, and hold no liability for, any dispute between you and your bank or UPI app provider.
Pricing & availability
Prices shown are accurate at the time of publishing but may change without notice. Delivery charges are billed separately at actual cost and confirmed with you before your order is finalised. All items are subject to availability of ingredients and kitchen capacity on your requested date.
Cancellations & refunds
As stated in the "How to Order & Terms" section above, no refunds are issued once payment is made, since every order is baked fresh and specifically for you.
Intellectual property
All photos, designs, and content on this site belong to Claro Bakehouse unless otherwise credited. Please don't reproduce or reuse our photography or cake designs commercially without permission.
Limitation of liability
We package every order with care, but once handed to a delivery partner, we're not responsible for damage, delay, or loss in transit. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

What we collect
When you place an order or request a quote, we collect the details you give us directly: your name, phone number, delivery address, email (if provided), order details, and any design notes or images you share with us.
How we use it
- To prepare, confirm, and deliver your order
- To apply the 10% first-order discount, which we track against your phone number so it's only used once per customer
- To contact you about your order via phone, WhatsApp, or email
- To keep an internal record of past orders
Where it's stored
Order and phone-number records are stored in Cloudflare KV, a secure cloud data store, and are accessible only to Claro Bakehouse via a password-protected admin view. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except delivery partners where necessary to complete your delivery.
Payments
We do not process or store any payment card or banking details on this website. Payment is made directly through your own UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, or similar) to our UPI ID. We only see that a payment was claimed to be made, along with any screenshot you choose to send us on WhatsApp for confirmation.
Cookies & local storage
This site uses your browser's local storage (not cookies) to remember your cart contents and your light/dark theme preference. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us unless you complete a checkout.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your stored order history or phone-number record at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing [email protected].
